Comes now the Plaintiff, Lonna Burks, and for her complaint for divorce,
states and alleges:
1. Plaintiff is a resident of Hot Spring County, Arkansas and has been for more
than ninety days prior to commencement of this action; the Defendant is a resident of Hot
Spring County, Arkansas and has been for ninety days prior to commencement of this
action; this cause for divorce occurred in Arkansas within five years last past; the parties
were married on or about July 19, 2023, and separation occurred on or about August 5,
2023.
2. The Plaintiff states as her grounds for general indignities. Plaintiff is entitled to
and absolute decree of divorce from the Defendant.
3. That there is no martial property.
4. That there were no children born of this marriage and none are expected.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff prays that she be granted an absolute divorce of and
from the Defendant; that there is no real property; that there were no children born of this
matriage and none are expected.
