2. That there is a reasonable probability that a default justifying a sale has occurred due to
the failure to make timely payments as required under the Deed of Trust alleged in the Verified
Motion for Order Authorizing a Foreclosure Sale under C.R.C.P. 120;
3. That an Order Authorizing Sale is otherwise proper under the Servicemembers Civil
Relief Act 50 U.S.C. § 3901, as amended;
4. That the Moving Party has complied with the provisions of Rule 120 of the Colorado
Rules of Civil Procedure; and
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the DOLORES County Public Trustee is, pursuant
to the provisions of that certain deed of trust in the original amount of $102,803.00, executed by
or on behalf of Grantor(s) MEGAN M DAVES dated AUGUST 1, 2018 and recorded August 2,
2018 at reception number 168034 in the real property records of DOLORES County, Colorado,
authorized to sell the property described as follows:
