Complaint submitted by Plaintiff, CAVALRY SPV I, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF CITIBANK, N.A.
"Plaintiff"
(hereinafter, or "CAVALRY"). All allegations not specifically admitted by this Answer
are generally denied. As and for Defendant's Answer to the Complaint of Plaintiff, respectively

Defendants reserve the right to supplement the foregoing and to assert additional affirmative
defenses as may appear after the causes of action are particularized and after discovery of
