of the subject premises.
2. I am aware of the provisions for foreclosure matters set forth in the COVID-19
Emergency Eviction and Foreclosure Prevention Act of 2020 (the Act) and
Administrative Order 341/20 (AO/341/20).
3. The judgment of foreclosure and sale in this action was entered prior to December 24,
2020 but this action is exempt from a post-judgment conference under the Act and
AO/341/20 because the property is vacant and ab=1doned and was first listed on the
statewide vacant and abandoned property electronic registry before Mamh 7, 2020 and
