IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the counsel for the
plaintiff and defendant, ROCKLAND COUNTY CLERK that the appearance of said defendant is
accepted by plaintiff; and
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that defendant, ROCKLAND COUNTY
CLERK, appears in the action and hereby consents to comply, upon presentation, with any lawful
order of the Court in the within action; and
