Lott, et al — Index No. EF2018-259659 — Written Status Report Your Honor: Our office represents the Plaintiff in the above matter. We write to provide the Court an update on the status of the appellate and trial court litigation. As of July 13, 2022, Defendant Sabrina Lott perfected her appeal. Plaintiff has filed its responding brief, and both parties were present for oral argument on January 12, 2023. We are currently awaiting decision by the Appellate Division as no further action is required by the parties at the appellate level. As for the instant matter, Plaintiff's next steps would be to prepare the Oath and move towards a Motion for Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale. Given the status of the appellate matter, Plaintiff respectfully requests that a deadline of sixty (60) days from today be set by the Court for a subsequent written status report. Plaintiff stands ready to provide any information required by the Court with respect to the above. We thank the Court for its time and consideration.
