In support hereof, the parties state as follows: 1. Plaintiff’s Complaint was filed on September 7, 2021 and Defendant answered on December 13, 2021. 2. The parties have been working cooperatively and anticipate needed additional time to complete discovery and depositions. 3. The parties respectfully submit that additional time is warranted, that this matter requires accommodation, and that good cause exists to continue the final pretrial conference. 4. All parties with an appearance have joined in this motion and, therefore, no party will be prejudiced by the requested continuance. This requested continuance will not unreasonably delay trial and good cause exists to grant this motion. WHEREFORE, the parties hereby move this Court to continue the pretrial conference until June 29, 2023 or some other date in July 2023.
