FUGITIVE COMPLAINT
THE STATE OF TEXAS *
COUNTY OF HIDALGO *
My name is ____________________________, and I am a Deputy Sheriff with the Office of the
Sheriff for the County of Hidalgo, State of Texas.
I have good reason to believe, and do believe, that ANTHONY DEMARCO MALDONADO is the
person who stands charged in the State of NORTH CAROLINA, County/Parish of CATAWBA, of having
violated the rules and/or conditions of probation since conviction of the offense(s) of PROBATION
VIOLATION (POSSESSION OF FIREARM BY FELON), in violation of the penal law of said State; that
said person is a fugitive from the justice of said State; and that ANTHONY DEMARCO MALDONADO
has been arrested without a warrant and is presently in the Hidalgo County Adult Detention Center
(County Jail), Edinburg, Texas.
My belief is based upon the following facts and information:
Copy of demanding state warrant;
Copy of complaint, information, indictment, offense report, photo id, and affidavit(s), if any.
I believe that this information furnished to me is credible.
WHEREFORE, Affiant requests that said person be committed to the County Jail for a period not
exceeding 30 days in order to allow time for a governor's warrant to be issued and served on said person.

Affiant Signature Affiant Printed Name
The above complaint having been subscribed and sworn to, I find that probable cause exists for the
arrest and commitment of ANTHONY DEMARCO MALDONADO.
It is therefore ORDERED that ANTHONY DEMARCO MALDONADO be committed to the
Hidalgo County Adult Detention Center (County Jail) for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, and if
not arrested by a Governor’s Warrant upon expiration of such period, said person may be discharged or
recommitted for a further period not to exceed sixty (60) days.
Signed this the ______day of __________________, 20____.
