dismissal of the plaintiff's complaint. As grounds for this application, the defendants state that
on December 9, 2021, the defendants served Interrogatories upon the plaintiff, Anthony
itchell. On July 27, 2022, the defendants served a Final Request for Answers to Interrogatories
upon the plaintiff, Anthony Mitchell, see attached Final Request for Answers to Interrogatories,

To date, the defendants have not received Lnswers to Interrogatories from plaintiff,
