GOLDEN TRUCKING, LLC and PAUL JOSEPH ROBILLARD, Defendants. MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO MAKE SERVICE AS TO DEFENDANTS. Now comes the Plaintiff, Anthony Mitchell, and hereby requests that this court allow him to extend service of process as to Defendants, F. Golden Trucking, LLC, and Paul Joseph Robillard, in the above-referenced matter. As grounds, the Plaintiff states as follows: 1 On or about August 31, 2021, the Plaintiff brought an action against Defendants, F. Golden Trucking, LLC, and Paul Joseph Robillard, for negligence in an automobile collision which occurred on October 6, 2020 at or near Route 2 Westbound and Sudbury Road in Concord, Massachusetts. 2 On November 11, 2021, the Summons and Complaint were sent to the Sheriff's office. This office received notice there was a delay in service from the Sheriff's office serving the Complaints upon Defendants, which were sent two (2) weeks prior to the deadline. 3 In light of the foregoing, the Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court extend the current deadline for making service upon Defendants, F. Golden Trucking, LLC, and Paul Joseph Robillard, from November 29, 2021, to January 29, 2022. TK WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff, Anthony Mitchell, respectfully requests that the service deadline be extended from November 29, 2021 to January 29, 2022.
