PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO ALLOW COPY OF NOTE
Now comes the Plaintiff, Arthur Sabbag (hereinafter “Sabbag”) and requests that this
Court allow the filing of a copy of the Notes, as attached to Plaintiff's Complaint as Exhibits 1
and 2. In support of this Motion, the Plaintiff states that the original Notes have been lost. See
Affidavit of Arthur Sabbag attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
1 On March 5, 2015, Defendant McLaughlin executed and delivered to Plaintiff
Sabbag a promissory note whereby Defendant Mclaughlin borrowed the principal amount of
$20,000.00 from Sabbag A true and accurate copy of said Promissory Note is attached to
Complaint as Exhibit 1.
2 On August 23, 2016, Defendant McLaughlin executed and delivered to Plaintiff
Sabbag a promissory note whereby Defendant McLaughlin borrowed the principal amount of
$7,000.00 from Sabbag. A true and accurate copy of said Promissory Note is attached the
Complaint as Exhibit 2.

3 The original Notes have been lost, misplaced or destroyed. See Affidavit of
Arthur Sabbag attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

’ WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff requests that the Court allow the filing of the copy of the
Notes which are attached to the Complaint as Exhibits 1 and 2 and issue the Execution in this
matter forthwith.
