This letter motion is to request an extension of time to file a responsive pleading
to the Court. This letter requests that the Court extend Defendant's time to file a responsive
pleading to Plaintiff's complaint until July 24, 2023. The reason for this request is that this
office was just retained and Defendant's time to answer will shortly expire. Plaintiff is Pro Se in
this matter and his papers do not include a phone number and accordingly we have no
mechanism in which we can ask for consent.
