Plaintiff Adriana Srinivasan moves this Honorable Court for leave to
file a Second Amended Complaint correcting a few minor errors in the
‘Complaint on file. In support she says the following:
1. A copy of the Proposed filing is appended hereto, with the minor
changes (“Srinivasan”) indicated in red print in a track change format
2. The changes will not cause prejudice to any party.
3. The changes are intended solely to make a few statements more
accurate and enable greater agreement.
4. . The proposed changes in paragraphs 3 and 36, and part of
paragraph 31 have been assented to by the Defendant’s Counsel.
5. The Plaintiff's Counsel has requested a week ago and more recently
that the Defendant assent to the other two very minor changes in paragraphs
31 and 117.
6. Defendant’s Counsel has not responded as to whether or not they assent
or oppose the changes.
