20            I am an attorney at law duly licensed to practice law in California and the attorney ofrecord

21   for plaintiff, Flexi-Van Leasing, Inc. I could competently testify of my own personal knowledge as

22   follows:

23            That plaintiff in this action is requesting an award of interest at 10 percent per annum

24   pursuant to the legal amount allowed. Attached hereto as Exhibit ‘'1 " is a copy of the itemization.

25   Interest is calculated at ten (10%) per annum on the owed balance of$36,200.00 from April 28, 201 8

     to October 1, 2018. [$36,200.00 x 10% = $3,620.00 / 365 = $9.91 daily interest]. Interest is $9.91
     per day for a total of 156 days. [$9.91 x 156 = $1,545.96].
