INNA ANDERSON, under penalties of perji ry, being duly sworn, deposes
and says:
1. I am a resident of County of Nassau, State of New York.
2. I submit this affidavit in support of this pelition, seeking approval of the
transfer of certain structured settlement payments jue to me under a structured
settlement agreement.
3. I am the beneficiary of an annuity as he result of a structured
settlement.
4, My claim against the Defendants wat resolved through a
settlement agreement, which provided for a series of cash payments that would be
paid to me, over time, under a structured settleme it. It is my understanding that,
American General Annuity Service Corporation pur chased an annuity from United

States Life Insurance Company in the City of New York who is responsible to make
the annuity payments to me.
5. The beneficiary of my structured se tlement payment rights is my
estate.
6. I seek to sell, assign and transfer to Petitioner J.G. Wentworth
Originations, LLC certain payments remaining under the structured settlement
agreement, in exchange for a lurnp sum payment, pursuant to the terms of a
transfer agreement I made with Petitioner J.G. We itworth Originations, LLC.
7. Prior to the receiving the Purchasa Agreement, Petitioner J.G.
Wentworth Originations, LLC provided me with a disclosure statement, which I
read and understood as evidenced by my signatur Mat the end thereof. See copy
'A."
of disclosure afatement annexed hereto as Exhibit
8. Further, I have been advised by Petit oner to seek Independent
professional advice regarding the transfer. See E>hibit "B".
9. It is a condition of the transfer agreerient that the transfer be
approved by court order.
10. I am 62 years old, divorced and widowed, and have 0 minor
dependents. I am currently an operations manager it Oppenheimer and Company,
Inc. and make an annual income of approximately $60k.

11. I plan to use the cash received from the Petitioner J.G. Wentworth
Originations, LLC. as follows:
The $25,000 obtained from this transaction will be to to settle back taxes I
owe. By doing so, I am taking a proactive step to rectify my financial situation and
fulfill my obligation to the IRS.
Paying off this debt holds significant importtince not only for me personally
but also for my creditworthiness. Clearing this financial burden will allow me to
improve my credit standing and regain financial stability. It is my genuine desire to
esolve this matter, demonstrate accountability, a id make amends for any past
shortcomings.
I am fully committed to fulfilling my financia obligations and rebuilding my
credit. This matter would provide me with the opportunity to move forward with a
fresh start, both financially and personally.
12. I have received the New York Disclos ure Statement at least 10 days
prior to executing the transfer agreement.
