established an entitlement of damages to $1,559.82 with interest at the statutory rate from July

19, 2021 with costs and disbursements made payable by Defendants, Dale Brenner, Individually

and In His Official Capacity as Owner of EZ HVAC AND PLUMBING And EZ HVAC &

PLUMBING (Collectively “Defendants”) having an address at EZ HVAC & Plumbing LLC,

2016 Route 9W, Lake Katrine, New York 12449;

         IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that Greenwood is granted damages in the amount of

$1,559.82 with interest at the statutory rate from July 19, 2021 with costs and disbursements in her

entirety; and it is accordingly;

         SO ORDERED, that Greenwood is granted a judgment, jointly and severally against the

Defendants, in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Nine Dollars and Eighty-Two

Cents ($1,559.82); along with costs and disbursements in the amount of Six Hundred Thirty

Dollars and Nine Cents ($630.09); to be submitted in a bill of costs to the clerk’s office together

with entry of this Judgment.
