has paid all of the decedent’s funeral expenses ands since he is the sole beneficiary of

the estate he does not expect to file a creditor’s claim for reimbursement.

was current on all his utility bills and had no known secured or unsecured
creditors.

The estimated liabilities to all creditors, is
zero. The estate is solvent. The decedent

paid his estimated quarterly
payments to the Federal Government and Franchise Tax

Board. Petitioner expects that a refund
will be due the estate. The Decedent had no

known contingent liabilities. Petitioner has reviewed all of the Decedent’s bank
25
statements for the past two years for
payments to creditors and to access
26 liabilities of
the Decedent. Petitioner has opened
and reviewed all mail Administrator, Section
