This court in its September l, 2021 ruling upon Defendants’ Motion for Judgment on
the Pleadings, dismissed Plaintiff’s Thirteenth Cause of Action for PAGA.
However, due to an inadvertent error and/or mistake Plaintiff Esperanza Perez argued
her PAGA claims opposing defendants Motion for Summary Judgment, 0r in the Alternative,
for Summary Adjudication and supporting opposition documents (Opposition).
Plaintiffhereby withdraws those arguments made in her Opposition documents as t0 the
thirteenth cause 0f action ONLY.
