NOW COMES the Plaintiff, Credit Acceptance Corporation, by and through its attorneys, Blitt and
Gaines, P.C., and complaining of the Defendant(s), states as follows:
1 Plaintiff is the assignee of a certain Retail Installment Contract (the "Contract”) entered into by the
Defendant(s) for the purchase of an automobile, a copy is attached to and made a part of this
complaint as Exhibit A.
The defendant(s) subsequently defaulted by failing to make payments due under the contract.
After applying all credits and setoffs, there is now due and owing from Defendant(s) to Plaintiff
the sum of $14,556.02.
Due demand has been made on the Defendant(s) to pay this amount and the Defendant(s) have
failed to do so.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Credit Acceptance Corporation, prays for judgment to pay this amount
and the Defendant(s) in the amount of $14,556.02, plus court costs.
