1 IT IS ORDERED that, pending the hearing and determination of the order to show
2 cause:
3 A. For a temporary restraining order enjoining and restraining Defendant WILLIAM
4 LEE ROBINSON (“Defendant”) and his employees, agents, and persons acting
5 with him, or on his behalf, from:
6 (1) Disclosing, sharing, copying, possessing or divulging any of the
confidential, proprietary of OLAM to any business or individual,
7 including usernames and passwords;
8
(2) Accessing Olam’s, including its agents’, subsidiaries’, and employees’,
9 computers, networks, servers and computer systems and using, copying,
taking, erasing, deleting or overwriting any data or information;
10
(3) Destroying, deleting, erasing, or corrupting any property, data, codes,
11
software, or technical information taken, obtained, copied, or deleted from
12 OLAM; and/or
13 (4) Returning all Olam data, information, documents, property, or other Olam
confidential and proprietary information taken or accessed by Defendant.

15 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-named defendants, and each of them,

18 thereafter as the matter may be heard, then and there to show cause, if any they have, why they
