20 This case involves a motor vehicle collision, which occurred on May 31, 2016 in Los
21 Angeles, California. Plaintiff, Benjamin Chang was a lawful passenger in an Uber, when
22 Defendant rear ended the vehicle in which the Plaintiff was a passenger of. The impact resulted
23 in great injuries to the Plaintiff’s upper back, lower back, and neck. Plaintiff visited numerous
24 doctors for medical treatments and accumulated medical bills as a result of the collision.
