2. This court has jurisdiction under Health and Safety Code section 11488.4(a).
3. The subject matter of this action is $1 £32.00 U.S. Currency.
4. The defendant property is located within San Bernardino County and is within the
jurisdiction of this court.
5. On or about August 25, 2022, said defendant property was seized at, South East
Street / West Mackay Drive, San Bernardino, California 92407, by officers of the San
Bernardino Police Department who were investigating violation(s) of H&S 1 135 1.

property was possessed, acquired,
