STATEMENT OF THE CASE
This case arises out of a contract dispute. Plaintiff xxxx xxxxx (“Plaintiff” or “Judgment Creditor”)
brought suit against Defendants xxxxxx xxxxxxx and Guarav xxxxxxxxxx (collectively,
“Defendants” or “Judgment Debtors”), alleging that they failed to repay a loan for $100,000.00
and intentionally misrepresented that they would repay the loan.
On June 27, 2019, pursuant to a motion for judgment brought pursuant to Code of Civil
Procedure section 664.6, Judgment was entered against Defendants on the First Amendment
Complaint for the principal amount of $125,000.00, attorney fees of $5,000.00, interest of
