21 Pursuant to Los Angeles Superior Court Local Rule 3.231, subdivision (n), Respondent
22 California Commission on Teacher Credentialing hereby submits its objections to Petitioner’s
23 Proposed Judgment.
24 OBJECTION NO. 1:
25 Respondent objects to an order, adjudication, or decree that Petitioner shall recover from
26 Respondent the “sum of $7,500 as and for attorney’s fees”, the “sum of $50,000 in attorney’s
27 fees. No fee motion has yet been before the Court. Moreover, the Court has issued no order that
28 Petitioner is entitled to attorney’s fees.
