MOTION TO LIFT ABATEMENT & REINSTATING CASE
On this day, the Court considered Plaintiff’s Motion to Lift Abatement (the “Motion”)
filed by Plaintiffs wherein Plaintiffs requested that the Court lift the abatement entered in this
case on February 1, 2023 and to reinstate this case on the Court’s active docket. After
considering the Motion, Plaintiff’s request, and Defendant’s non-opposition to the Motion, and
the pleadings and the other papers on file, the Court is of the opinion that Plaintiff’s Motion
should be, in all things, GRANTED.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Order of Abatement entered by the Court on
February 1, 2023 is hereby VACATED.
