          Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff G&G Closed Circuit Events, LLC (“Defendant”) files

Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff’s Response & Notice of No Opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion to Lift

Abatement. Defendant files this notice in response to Plaintiffs’ Motion to Lift Abatement

(“Plaintiffs’ Motion”) filed by Plaintiffs.

          1.        Defendant states that its counsel has conferred with Plaintiffs’ counsel regarding

Plaintiffs’ Motion. Defendant further states that it has received and reviewed Plaintiffs’ Motion.

In light of the relief requested and the arguments presented by Plaintiffs in Plaintiffs’ Motion and

the facts stated therein, Defendant notifies the Court that it is unopposed to the abatement being

lifted and does not contest Plaintiffs’ Motion.
