21 In or around April 2017, the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) received
22 lan anonymous tip relating to the property located at 5232 Baltimore Street, the subject
23 subsidized premises. That tip related that there had been a shooting at or near the location
24 involving the resident’s son. The tip further related that the resident’s son had been living at the
25 location and there had been gang related activity and drug activity at the location since
26 approximately 2011. The tip identified Lucy Lopez as the tenant at the location whose son was
27 referred to.
