                     The Court, having considered the administrative record, the briefs of all parties, and argument
    17
              of counsel, finds good cause to grant the petition for writ of mandate and issue the following
    18
              judgement for a preemptory writ of mandate:

                     1   Respondents Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles and Douglas Guthrie as
    20
                         President and CEO thereof (collectively HACLA) are ordered to (a) vacate its decision of
    21
                         their hearing officer dated January 31, 2018 terminating the Section 8 assistance of
    22
                         petitioner Lucy Lopez, (b) reinstate Ms. Lopez to the Section 8 housing choice voucher
    23
                         program, and (c) take all further actions necessary to implement the court’s Order Granting
    24
                         the Petition for a Writ of Mandated filed May 4, 2018.

                         A copy of the Court’s Order Granting the Petition for a Writ of Mandate is attached hereto
    26
                         as Exhibit 1.
