                         19              On or about November 26, 2018, the court issued its peremptory writ of mandamus

                         20   ordering that Respondent, HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES set aside its

                         21   decision terminating Section 8 benefits for Petitioner and reinstating Petitioner LOPEZ.              Return

                         22   upon the Writ was ordered for December 27, 2018.

                         23              HACLA contends that effective December 5, 2018, Petitioner LOPEZ was reinstated to the

                         24   Section 8 program.          Petitioner disputes this fact. On December 17, 2018, Respondent HACLA

                         25   provided Petitioner LOPEZ with the necessary (federally mandated) forms for completion to

                         26   identify members of the household and establish financial and other qualification for the Section
