          23   DONA LLC, were doing business under the name of CASA LA DONA, in the State of California

          24 and County of LOS ANGELES, LOS ANGELES, CA.
          25           2.     At all times material to this complaint, Plaintiff is informed and believes and thereon

          26   alleges that ARSHADNIA MAIN EQUITY LLC, PARHAM MINOO, DALIA MINOO are the

          27   owners and/or landlords of the property located at 800 SOUTH MAIN STREET in the State of

          28 ._s; California, County of LOS ANGELES, which is the subject of this action.
