             22                  1.   Tam an attorney duly licensed to practice law before all courts of the State of California. My

             23      law firm, Law Office of Steve Lopez, is counsel for Plaintiff Priscilla Clarke (“Plaintiff”) in this action.
             24      This declaration is submitted in support of Plaintiff's Motion To Amend Complaint, filed on July 24,
             25      2018, in the following respects: said Complaint fails to mention an agreement between Plaintiff and
             26      Phillip Clarke (“Phillip”), Plaintiff's husband and which Phillip assigned for the rights under the Loan to}

             27      plaintiff Clark. The following facts are within my personal knowledge and, if called as a witness herein,
             28      I can and will competently testify thereto.
