              26      our marriage, we decided to help finance the purchase of real property commonly known as
              27      11522 Promenade Drive, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 (the "Property") by Betty and William
              28      Wilkins who are my wife's parents; together my wife and I provided half of the purchase price
