married t0 Elizabeth M. Sanquist. Donald died November 23,2016.
Plaintiff lives in Idaho. He filed a petition in 2020 in the San
Bernardino Superior Court (Case Number PRO-PSZOOO470)
asking he be appointed Administrator of Elizabeth M. Sanquist’s
estate.
Ryan Sanquist, an adult son 0f Donald Sanquist filed an objection
t0 Plaintiffs petition and also filed a competing petition asking that
