              Supplement 1:

              No. There was no estate opened for the post-deceased spouse. The reason for opening

     estate case for Decedent is that the property title was taken out and remains in the name of the

     Decedent. The Post-Deceased spouse's name was never in the title of the property. A true and

     correct copy of the Grant Deed is attached as "Exhibit 1".

            Need a copy of the vesting deed(s) to the real property.

            Supplement 2:

            The property's title is in Decedent's name, and the post-deceased spouse, Rolando Gomez

     Luna, never appeared in the property's title. (See Exhibit 1.)
