JAY M. BRAMMER, being duly sworn upon oath deposes and says that Plaintiff has
incurred attorney's fees of $825.00 for bringing this suit, prosecuting it to its conclusion, and
taking steps to collect it and Plaintiff is entitled to recover these pursuant to the terms of the
Contract. Said costs are reasonable for the services performed.
Attorney's fees for representation of the Plaintiff in matters related to the above-captioned
case were billed at the rate of $150.00 per hour. The billings for the attorney's fees are itemized
as follows:
