AMENDED ORDER TO ANSWER INTERROGATORIES OR TO SHOW CAUSE
WHEREAS, the Defendant and judgment debtor, ROBBIE QUINTANA, was properly
served with written Interrogatories as provided in C.R.C.P. 69, and it appears that the Defendant
Robbie Quintana has failed timely to respond to those Interrogatories, and Plaintiff has moved
for the issuance of this Order, supported by the Return of the previously served Interrogatories,
the Court, THEREFORE ORDERS that the Defendant Robbie Quintana shall either answer the
Interrogatories within twenty-one (21) days of service as provided in Rule 69(d)(1) & (2), or he
shall appear before this Court at 505 Harrison Avenue, Leadville, Colorado, on December 8,
2022, at 11:00 a.m., to show cause, if any he has, why he should not be held in contempt of
Court for failing to comply with the Order. A copy of Plaintiff's Motion for the issuance of this
Order, a copy of the Interrogatories previously served, and a certified copy of this Order shall be
served upon the Defendant Robbie Quintana in accordance with C.R.C.P. Rule 45. Failure to
appear may result in the issuance of a warrant for the arrest of Defendant Robbie
Quintana.
