allowing counsel to appear by telephone for the Show Cause Hearing scheduled for December 8,
2022, at 11:00 a.m. and as reason therefore would show to the Court that this matter is set for a
Show Cause hearing regarding Defendant’s failure to complete the post judgment interrogatories
served upon the Defendant. Plaintiff does not anticipate any testimony being taken. It is
anticipated this matter should take no more than fifteen minutes.
