COMES NOW, Stacy L. Crittenden, and respectfully notifies all judges before whom she has
cases pending, all affected clerks of court, and all opposing counsel, that she will be on leave pursuant to
Georgia Uniform Court Rule 16.
1. The period of leave during which the Applicant will be away from the practice of law on the
following dates:
September 6, 2023 through September 8, 2023 for continuing legal education;
September 25 through September 29, 2023 and October 2, 2023 for vacation;
November 6, 2023 through November 10, 2023 for vacation;
November 22, 2023 through November 24, 2023 for Thanksgiving holiday;
December 20, 2023 through December 22, 2023 for Christmas holiday;
December 25, 2023 through December 29, 2023 for Christmas holiday;
January 1, 2024 through January 5, 2024 for New Year holiday.
2. All affected judges and opposing counsel shall have ten days from the date of this notice to
object to it. If no objections are filed, the leave shall be granted.
