WHEREAS, on May 17, 2023, a Status Conference Order was issued by Judge
Mary V. Rosado allowing the Parties to negotiate a settlement agreement to be submitted to the
Court by June 21, 2023.
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the attorney for the
Plaintiffs and the attorney for the Defendants in the above-entitled action, that the time for the next
status conference appearance hereby be rescheduled to July 19, 2023, and the Notice of Issue be
rescheduled to July 26, 2023 for the purposes of giving the Parties more time to negotiate a
settlement.
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that this Stipulation may be executed in
counterparts and that electronic signatures shall have the same force and effect as originals.
