                           May 5    2023, the Court entered judgment in this action ordering that

21   a peremptory writ of mandate issue:

22          TO: Defendant and Respondent City of Los Angeles, by and through its Department of

23   Water and Power:

24          YOU ARE HEREBY PROHIBITED FROM and must cease charging the Low Income

25   Subsidy Adjustment (“LISA”) to all ongoing water service customers in all customer classes within

26   90 days after service of the writ on you and thereafter refrain from charging the LISA to customers

27   until such time as the City obtains voter approval consistent with the then-applicable California

28   Constitutional provisions before imposing such a charge or tax.
