                               18   in support, and having reviewed the pleadings and records previously filed herein, and being

                               19   otherwise fully advised, the Court hereby GRANTS the Motion to Dissolve the Preliminary
                               20   Inj unction.

                               21             Now therefore,
                               22             IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
                               23             1.   The Order for Preliminary Injunction, entered by this court on May I, 2019 is hereby

                               24                  dissolved and of no further force and effect.
