       Deadline for Plaintiff to amend pleadings: April 29

       Deadline for Defendants to amend pleadings: May 16

       Deadline to mediate case: April 14            Additionally,   he parties agree to utilize Mark
       Gilbert as mediator

       Deadline for filing of motions for summary judgment and any other dispositive motions
       must be filed and set for hearing no later than April 14

       Deadline to file all Daubert/Robinson motions or objections to the qualifications of
       designated expert witnesses shall be filed no later than: May 16

       Deadline for completion of discovery by all parties: March 15

       Deadline for parties to exchange Motions in Limine, Motion to Realign Parties or
       Equalize Peremptory Strikes, proposed Jury Charges,          itness lists, Exhibit lists and
       deposition excerpts for any witness appearing via deposition: June3.

       Docket Call on    June3.

       This Case is set for Jury Trial on June
IT IS ORDERED,      ADJUDGED       and DECREED      that the Docket Control order hereby
entered shall not be amended or changed except by further order of this Court or by written
agreement of all parties. All deadlines not represented herein will be governed by the Texas Rules
of Civil Procedure.
