ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
Upon reading the Affirmation of Daniel C. Green, Esq. dated May 4, 2018, the Affidavit
of Nader S. Raja, Esq. dated May 1, 2018, the exhibits annexed thereto, and upon all pleadings
and proceedings heretofore had herein, and sufficient cause being shown,
Let Plaintiffs show cause before I.A.S. Part 48, Room 242, of this Court, at the
Courthouse, 60 Centre Street, New York, New York 10007 on May __, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. or as
soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, why an Order should not be entered providing the
following relief:
1. Admitting Nader S. Raja, Esq. pro hac vice as counsel for Defendant Bank
of America, N.A.; and
2. Providing any further relief that may be necessary to achieve justice; and it
is further
ORDERED, that service of a copy of this Order to Show Cause, together with the papers
upon which it isgranted, on Plaintiff's counsel by operation of the Court's e-filing system on or
before shall be deemed good and sufficient service thereof; and it
is further
ORDERED, that any opposition papers shall be served on counsel and filed with the
Court by the same method no later than , which shall be deemed
good and sufficient service; and itis further
ORDERED, that reply papers, if any, shall be served on counsel and filed with the Court
by the same method no later than , which shall be deemed good
and sufficient service.
