[Dkt. #422.00]. The motion asks for reargument as to the defendants’ motion for judgment as to the previously stricken counts of the complaint. [Dkt. #399.00]. The motion states: “THIS IS A PRACTICE BOOK § 11-11 MOTION”. Practice Book § 11-11 adopts the time limit set forth in Practice Book § 63–1, which states: “Unless a different time period is provided by statute, an appeal must be filed within twenty days of the date notice of the judgment or decision is given.” Practice Book § 63–1(a). Polio v. First Niagara Bank, Nat'l Ass'n, 2015 WL 1727456, at *2 (Conn.Super. 2015). The court granted the defendants’ motion on March 5, 2023. [Dkt. #399.20]. Therefore, any appeal under Practice Book § 63–1, or motion to reargue under Practice Book § 11-11, had to have been filed on or before March 27, 2023. WHEREFORE, it is respectfully requested that the defendants’ Objection To Plaintiff’s Motion for Reargument [Dkt. #422.00] be sustained.
