                   23      herein as Does I through 50, Inclusive and therefore, sues said Defendants by such fictitious

                   24      names. Plaintiff will seek leave of Court to amend this Complaint when the true names and

                   25      capacities of said Defendants are ascertained.                                 Plaintiff is informed and believes and based

                   26      thereon alleges that each Defendant named herein by such fictitious name is in some manner

                   27      liable for the damages sustained by Plaintiff as alleged herein.
