Dear Justice Schick:
I write in connection with our recent substitution and my failure to appear for today’s virtual
conference. I take full responsibility for same and apologize to the Court. While it is not a
justification, I am at home caring for my son who just had knee surgery.
I contacted plaintiff’s office a few minutes ago, and they advised that the conference has been
rescheduled for March 8, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. I have diaried same and of course will be sure to
attend.
I again apologize.
