In this Labor Law matter, plaintiff-decedent Kevin McGonigal moves by his
administratix Michelle Lynn Devita to remove the automatic stay imposed in this
matter following Mr. McGonigal's death and to amend the caption to reflect her
appointment as administratix. The motion is unopposed and granted.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the automatic stay in this matter is lifted
and that the Clerk of the Court mark this matter as "active"; it is further
ORDERED that Michelle DeVita be substituted as Administratix of the
Estate of Kevin McGonigal; it is further
