PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that plaintiff, KEVIN MCGONIGAL, hereby appeals
to the Appellate Division, First Department, from an order of Supreme Court, New York
County, dated June 25, 2020, which denied plaintiff's cross-motions for summary
judgment on the issue of liability and dismissed certain claims asserted by plaintiff
against the defendants.
The appeal is from each and every part of said order as is adverse to plaintiff.
