          22          1.      I am a licensed California attorney. I am the attorney of record for

          23   plaintiffs/cross-defendants Wanyu Luo and Denong Tea, Inc. in the above-entitled action.
                      2.      I have reviewed the facts of the case. I have consulted with and received an
          24
               opinion from at least one architect, who is not a party to this action, who is licensed to practice
          25
               and practices in this state, in the same discipline as defendants/cross-complainants Eric Lin and
          26
               CHD Design Groups, Inc. dba CHD International (collectively "Defendants"), and who I
          27
               reasonably believe is knowledgeable in the relevant issues involved in this action.
