COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE
Comes now, the Plaintiff, BRANDON LLOYD, by and through his attorney, DAVID W.
HARROD, and for his cause of action against the Defendant, BRANDY LLOYD, states as follows:

That Plaintiff is a resident of Drew County, Arkansas, with a residential address of 3175
Prairie Road, Hamburg, Arkansas, 71646 and has maintained said residency for more than sixty
(60) days prior to the filing of this Complaint. Defendant's residential address is 121 Ashley Rd 145,
Hamburg, Ashley County, Arkansas, 71646.

Plaintiff and Defendant were married on April 16, 2005, in Monticello, Arkansas, and
lived together as husband and wife until separation on or about April 7, 2023. Plaintiff and
Defendant have lived separate and apart since that date.

That during the marriage of the parties, the Defendant treated Plaintiff with such personal
indignities of such a nature and degree as to render Plaintiff's condition in life intolerable, and this
has made it impossible for Plaintiff to live in a state of marriage with Defendant.
That two minor children were born of the marriage, namely: C.M.L., whose date of birth is
February 23, 2006 and J.M.L., whose date of birth is July 25, 2008. No other children are expected.
Plaintiff and Defendant should share joint custody of said minor children, with each parent having
equal time with the children.

That there are property rights to be adjudicated in both real and personal property and
there are marital debts to be adjudicated by the Court.

WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff, BRANDON LLOYD, prays that he be awarded a Decree of
Divorce from the bonds of matrimony to the Defendant, BRANDY LLOYD; that the parties be
awarded joint custody of the minor children, C.M.L, age 17 and J.M.L., age 15, with each party
to have equal time with the minor children; that the parties have acquired certain real and
personal property and marital debt and the Court should adjudicate the rights of the parties in
the same; that he be granted an absolute divorce of and from the Defendant, BRANDY LLOYD;
and that he be awarded any other proper relief to which he may be entitled
and that he be awarded any other proper relief to which he may be entitled
